Job description

Under the direction of SAFRAN China's Legal Director,

  • - Conduct legal research and preparing report in English on specific legislative evolutions;
  • - Involve in all the legal matters affecting any of the SAFRAN Group Companies with regard to their foreign and domestic activities in China;
  • - Day-to-day contract management (drafting, reviewing and negotiating of different agreements) and legal consultancy for all SAFRAN Group Companies' activities in China with respect to:
 foreign investment related matters;
 employment ,labor and expatriate matters;
 Intellectual property rights;
 real estate;
 environment protection and safety related matter;
 competition regulations;
 disputes and litigation management;
 export control matters;
 taxation, etc.
  • - Corporate governance matters of SAFRAN Group Companies in China;

Job requirements

  • - Law degree(s) from reputable Chinese and/or overseas law school(s);
 Fluent in English and Mandarin (both writing and speaking) and good command of computer skills;
  • - Pleasant and highly responsible work attitude and good work ethic;
  • - Strong communication skills and conflict-handling skills, business oriented;
  • - Dynamic and Team Spirits;
