Job description

Take responsible for HSE target of internal & construction suppliers;
Take responsible for SAEZ building & construction and anything related to building;
Take responsible for Resource supplier, Electricity, water, compressor air, A/C, gas (O2,Ar etc);
Take responsible for drainage, waste water etc. waste piping stable (upgrade & PM).
Take responsible for plant layout with CAD;
Take responsible for facility improvement project;
Follow up the spare parts/material management;
Team performance and motivation;
Corresponding national call to conserve energy, forward and implement energy saving project each year;
Keep monitoring the Special equipment due date and arrange them for calibration on time;
Reduce the equipment's unscheduled downtime, and improve the reliability of production;
Manage and monitoring the PM due date and arrangement the technicians to do the PM on time;
For each project, to meet the expected requirement of customers, Project goals may include cost, schedule and quality indicators.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor or above degree
2. Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics related field
3. More than 5-year experience in Facility or Project management.
4. With good Excel & PPT skill
5. Good skill of English -- Oral and Writing
6. Good skill of CAD
7. Proactive and agile
8. With ISO50001 basic is preferable
