Safran University aims to develop the skills and expertise of all Safran employees. Intended to foster a shared language and methods across the Group, the university offers Business as well as Leadership training paths.
The Safran University Asia has been implemented to stimulate a better individual and organizational valuable Safran learning experience. Since its creation in 2012, all employees from Asia are able to participate to a Safran University training in any domain: Industrial including Supply Chain, Quality, Health Safety Environment, Finance, Sales, Lean Sigma, Leadership, Interpersonal skills trainings, etc. Safran University delivers the training programs through the most advanced technologies such as: face to face, webinar, e-learning.
