Task 1 – CSR External tasks (MANAGING CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND SATISFACTION)
Draw up commercial offers for all activities align with the company's commercial policy
Assess the customer expectations, propose best commercial solution
Ensure proper fulfillments of SHE commitments to customers, Ensure customer's satisfaction
Carries out the initial processing of customer complaints and disputes, Buildup structured customer relationship
Cooperate with other departments including global back office to fulfill customer needs
Establish good communication with customer, be patient to customer's requirement
Fulfill yearly customer ‘s visit task and Participate ‘Area' meetings if needed

Task 2 – CSR Internal tasks ( Managing Projects & OWN FIELD OF ACTIVITIES)
Prepare offers, follow up orders/contract implementation process, well manage goods arriving, delivery, invoicing /credit notes by using SHE ERP system
Follow up cash flow collection together with CSM
Manage commercial file, contracts and build archives
Monitors KPIs for his /her customers
In Charge of projects assigned by management and lead the projects progress meeting
Ensure objectives follow up, justify the discrepancies and propose corrective actions
Ensure effective communication across the departments in front office (BD, CSM, logistics,FREP, FTEC,Quality etc.)
Participate weekly meeting for reporting main issues and projects progress
Be on duty by turns within CSR team for AOG service
Back up team members when ever needed
Other related work assigned by CSRM

任职要求

Requirement
Bachelor degree or above with more than 5 years' working experience in aviation industry or with commercial background is preferred
Proficiency in both verbal and written English
Quick learner ,be familiar with SAP system is preferred
Be sensitive to numbers and ensure the correct offers to be delivered to customers
Have strong logical mind
Great sense of service ,strong communication and coordination skills
Great sense of responsibility, be able to initiatively follow up all the open issues within CSR's workscope
Be Capable of working under pressure, being patient to customer's complaints
Sense of team spirit, can help others with passion
