 Manage and coordinate the site transfers, with the project leaders under a matrix organization

 Champion of the transfer process (PCD-SLS-000673) for the site, will be accountable for training all transfer project actors on the site, with the support of the Transfer VP (Carole Petit, based in Vélizy)

 Manage & coordinate preliminary Gate reviews on site (Gate 0 through 4) to support the Executive Gate Reviews (0 to 4) – Set up monthly site transfer progress reviews to monitor all site transfer schedules and support resolution of identified issues, and manage weekly (or monthly as required) Transfer Review Board meeting to support validation of Gate 1 through Gate 4 milestones on site

 Site focal point for the Transfer VP, the Site Transfer Manager is accountable for:
o Keeping up to date the transfer summary file for all the site projects and is accountable for the data reliability in the file
o Site consolidation for load/capacity for each function involved in the support of transfer projects, with site coordination and across sites coordination as required, so as to support load planning and budget set-up for MTP

 Responsible for managing all standard KPIs with regards to transfers and maintaining the transfer projects flash reports and schedules available (and updated) for review on a monthly basis

 Responsible for escalating up-coming issues and/or roadblocks and highlighting risks. Will propose solutions and priorities in coordination with the project leaders and the site functions to resolve raised issues. Will seek for further support as required to Transfer VP for escalation to central management. (PCD-SLS-000674)

 Responsible for gathering site lessons learnt and sharing them on a regular basis with the other site transfer managers and the Transfer VP so as to continuously improve the process and associated tools / best practices

 Responsible for deploying best practices on the site

 Will support the Transfer Process Improvement Project by leading a work package within the project and deploy on the site all improvement actions from the Project

 Will manage some transfer projects himself as a transfer project leader to the satisfaction of the targeted schedule and cost / quality objectives (project leader role represents at least 60% work load)

 Will support Suzhou Purchasing Site Leader in deploying the Asian Supply Chain and in identifying cost reduction opportunities in support of Purchasing yearly objectives


 Will functionally report to Vélizy Transfer VP and will report “dotted line” to Suzhou Purchasing Site Leader


 3 to 5 years working experience with industry background

 Supply chain management experience

 Project management skills (with ability to challenge schedules, drive risk analysis, focus energy on problem resolution), experience in transverse management

 Good interpersonal relationship

 Leadership skills

 Fluent in speaking and writing English, and French : not mandatory, but a plus

 Bachelor degree or above

 Dynamic and autonomous

 Good at communicating / strong communication skills
